Deb Stargardt is a career healthcare professional earning a Master of Business Administration at the University of Houston - Clear Lake. She is a Lifetime Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and works with leaders to build caring relationships that inspire trust between patients, providers and employees across the healthcare continuum.

Prior to her consultancy, she spent 20 years focused on Patient Experience, most recently at UNC Health and previously at CommonSpirit Health, Texas Children’s Hospital, and Press Ganey as a Patient Experience Advisor. Deb is a published author in The Journal of Nursing Administration.
